Hi there…for today’s recipe we’re going full bananas!!!

Not only because its main ingredient is bananas, but also because you’re going to feel free to eat as much as you want.
This is a quick, and delicious breakfast option that your whole family will love. And the best part? Our easy and healthy pancakes are a fantastic alternative to traditional flour-based pancakes. Not only are they gluten-free and packed with nutrients, but they also come together in a flash. Plus, this recipe is so simple that even the kids can join in on the fun! Perfect for a special breakfast or for a brunch, these pancakes are sure to become one of your favorites recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 gr baking powder
  • 2 tbps nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla scent
  • 2 apples (toppings)
  • 70 gr raspberries (toppings)
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Smash the bananas, then add the eggs and mix well
  2. Add the yeast, nutritional yeast and vanilla scent
  3. Heat up your pan at medium-low heat and add some butter
  4. Add about 1/8 of the mix for each pancake. Let it cook until golden, about 2 minutes for each side (when they start to make some bubbles is the time to flip them).
  5. Serve your stack of pancakes in a plate and decorate with raspberries and slices of apple
  6. Drizzle some maple syrup…and enjoy!!
 Feel free to experiment with other toppings. I usually use sliced or crushed almonds, chocolate chips or a mix of berries
