Buongiorno! Today, we embark on a culinary journey to the heart of Italy, the birthplace of pizza
Close your eyes and imagine the sun-kissed streets of your favorite Italian city, where wood-fired ovens perfume the air and laughter echoes through piazzas. Our mission today? To cook two savory Italian-style pizzas that transcends our kitchen…a recipe that becomes an experience, a memory, and a celebration of la dolce vita.
In this post we will show you how to make two delicious pizzas in no time: Margherita Pizza and Mushrooms & Bell pepper Pizza. The best part? this recipe is so easy that you can do it with your kids (it is kids friendly), they will be more than happy to help.

As you savor each slice, let time slow down. Remember the Italian saying: “Il dolce far niente”—the sweetness of doing nothing. That’s what pizza embodies—a moment to relish life’s simple pleasures… This is an easy, yet delicious, recipe that I hold very close to my heart.
